We ship to all 50 U.S. states – including your beach house, your mountain cabin, and your city apartment with the temperamental doorman.

Processing (the part we control):
We pack every beach towel, bath sheet, robe, and duvet cover like it's headed to a resort – folded with love and sealed for protection. That takes us 1–3 business days. We're quick, but we're thorough.

Delivery (the part we don't control):

These are estimates. We can't make the carrier drive faster, but we'll track your package like it's our own vacation plans.

Tracking:
You'll get a tracking link via email the moment your order ships. Feel free to stalk it – we do too.

Lost or stolen packages:
If the carrier marks it "Delivered" but it's not at your door – check around (neighbors, porch, behind the plant). If it's truly gone, we'll help you file a claim. Legally, once it's marked delivered, it's on the carrier – but we'll guide you with actual kindness.

Wrong address?
Typo? Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. After that, your package might take a scenic detour back to us – and reshipping fees will apply.

Undeliverable returns:
If your package comes back to us, we'll reach out. Reshipping costs are your responsibility – fair's fair.
